Wood Review: Taylor Made Ti-Bubble Burner 2
by John Kim
Taylor Made Ti-Bubble Burner 2 - A good friend of mine is a club representative for Taylor Made, so many of my friends use this club. I have hit with them quite a few times and must admit, it's a very good club. Though it performs quite well, it just seems a bit bulky to me, and I'm not a big fan of how the big head sets up behind the ball on address. If this aesthetic trait doesn't bother you, it's a very good club, both in terms of distance and accuracy.
The Good: Quite a forgiving club which should add some distance to your drives.
The Bad: I just can't get used to the way it sets up. I still have questions about the bubble shaft, but that is another article.
Overall: The people who own the club swear by them, but I'm not completely sold. Mid- to high handicappers would probably gain the most by this club. I don't see the game improvement features that would assist a low handicap player too much.
